I had to return to get my correct 2 go order, Manager offered me a free omelette my next visit in, good but no replacement for my lost time :(

Between IHOPs, Denny's or the House of Pancakes I will always choose an IHOP, especially for their cheese omelets with a small stack of pancakes or a light quick bite. Service has always been good at this location even though there usually is only one server on the floor who does everything a server normally does plus acts as cashier and bus person and doesn't ever seem to get help from anyone on staff. (Now if Denny's with at least 2 servers, a cashier, bus person and a couple of managers would only give service!) It being Sunday, wanting something light, and with the boat show in town, I suggested this particular IHOP and wasn't disappointed except for one, not major, mistake. The server greeted us at the door, asked what we wanted to drink and immediately brought the coffee, water and diet Pepsi. I ordered the turkey club without the bacon, only 2 slices of bread and with a slice of onion and a side of fruit. I knew what mistake would be made and it was--it was made with 3 slices of bread, not two. Rick ordered a plate consisting of eggs, hash browns and a side of pancakes. The check came to $20.10 plus a $4 tip coming to $12.05 each For a full service restaurant IHOP, at least this one, always seems to deliver and I have been coming here for about 14 years.

There was no formal greeting when we entered, the staff was sloppily dressed. When they sat us, they sat us at a booth that was leaking water all over the chair and there were plenty of tables available. We had to wait for more than 5 mins to get greeted and our drinks ordered. After we ordered and received our food our eggs were over done and bacon under cooked, my waffle was hard as a rock and inedible, we could substitute any thing. They didn't have hot syrup. The waitress was rude and never introduced herself and anytime we asked for something she had an attitude and it seemed that it was an inconvenience to her. The food and service were bad and the appearance was uninviting upon entrance, we should have left and gone to Denny's. You would think with this city being a vacation destination spot they would be more friendly with better service and better food. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This IHOP tends to be pretty mellow and not that busy considering the lack of places to eat late at night in Fort Lauderdale.

Its IHOP, it's constant, the service is acceptable and it's pleasant for a quick bite. Is it earth shattering? No, but I know what to expect and they usually deliver. (Edited) Just a side note for those who are follow various eating plans. Beware of the omelets, yes they are good, very good in fact. Are they "diet friendly"? Not a chance. Whether you follow Weight Watchers, South Beach, Paleo, Primal, Gulten-free. what ever, the omelets contain a small (but VERY significant) amount of pancake batter - presumably to make the whole thing "fluffier". What this means is that even the most innocuous selection (i.e. Garden Omelet) tips the scale at a WHOPPING 71g of fat. In all fairness, this information is listed on the menu, but most people wouldn't even bother to notice. *Caveat Emptor*

If I could post negative stars I surely would... This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced... Starting from the cashier who looked like she wanted to commit suicide, to the waitress yelling at the cooks... God forbid if you asked waitress for utensils or coffee, the look would be "how dare you" enter service at your own risk

BREAKFAST I love to cook but the kids love IHOP so I come for them. Been here before and i know there is nothing to write home about. My own omelettes are much better than anything on their menu. But the kids love the pancakes. So I give a 3 star for that. I had the Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper & Cheese Griddle Melt. I never realized that it was an omelette!! The way they advertized it seemed like a veggie sandwich. Quite the surprise when I bit in!!! I also asked for fruit and I got hash brown but thats OK I am easy. I ate everything and service was nice. Will I go back again?? Only for the kids.

Had a coupon and they have a new 'light' menu so we decided to try it for breakfast. Ordered an egg white omelet, side of fruit, and shared a side of turkey bacon. Did the trick. I won't ever crave this meal, but man did their pancakes look delicious! Our server was very nice as well. When we left there were 20 people waiting to get in here and sit down. TONS of families with lots of little ones screaming for food. So, I'll go back when I decided to attack some pancakes.

Came to grab breakfast this morning. Half the place was empty with dirty tables. The host had to take us to a table in the corner that was the least dirty. Manager and host just standing around doing nothing while the waitress are running around slammed. I will think twice before coming to an IHOP again.

Honestly, how can you go wrong with IHOP? When I have a hankering for pancakes and breakfast food, there is no place better. I have been to this location a number of times and this time it was mostly emply, which surprised me, since its usually busy. Guess its not a hot spot for Sunday dinner. That said, the place was very clean, the server was friendly and efficient and the combo meal I had was cooked exactly as ordered. Eggs were cooked over medium. Pancakes were hot and fuffy. Never had a "normal" meal here, only breakfast food. So, can't speak to anything other than that. But if its reasonably priced and excellent breakfast food that you want, go to IHOP!

One of my favorite places to go for a pancake fix. Service is always great, food is good and reasonably priced. And their menus are clean! (Seriously, I hate it when the menu pages are nasty and stuck together. That doesn't happen at this location!).

Everything you expect from IHOP. It was clean and the service was friendly and quick.

This place was horrible! I almost didn't write this review just so I could block this experience out of my mind. The waitress was completely incompetent and we had to wait 20 minutes to get water, 25 for our orders to be taken, 45 + for our food to be served, 10 extra for our orders to be corrected and to top it all off she had an attitude. Everyone around us was complaining about the service and we even had to share our coffee with the next table because they were waiting for their coffee over 20 minutes. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Thankfully this place is far away from me now and I can move on... go else where if you care about service...

I have to start by saying that I was a little nervous eating here with all the so so reviews but I was at the mall and since a few of those Restaurants were shut down by the health department recently this was a better option. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated (Saturday after Christmas), waited another 5 minutes for server to take our order. We had eggs over easy, toast, home fries and waffles , home fries. Since they were very busy it took about 30-45 minutes to get the food. The food was prefect my waffle was nice and well done so when I added syrup it didn't turn to mush. Service was great and even though they were busy no one was rude or rushing us.The one downside and they used to say the way to judge a restaurant was by checking out the bathroom. If that was the case, it was a little messy but then again everyone was busy for the breakfast rush. It needs to be renovated, old toilets and sinks. No one wants to touch handles of toilets or sinks.

Friendly staff, yet understaffed for a Saturday breakfast. They should of had at LEAST one more server on in each section. Food was still delicious and everything came out perfect!

If you order anything other than breakfast, you will be disappointed. I think the name says it all. Keeping that in mind after MANY disappointing visits, we ordered the following items: Clam chowder Ham and cheese omelet with pancakes and a side of hash browns Double Blueberry pancakes with blueberry compote on the side The clam chowder arrived fairly quickly and had a VERY strong aroma to it. It had that fishy smell that can eventually turn offensive. The taste wasn't bad, but I just couldn't get past the smell. It was quite reminiscent of a canned clam chowder. I couldn't wait for the server to remove the bowl so that the smell would diffuse. The omelet and the blueberry pancakes arrived and everything looked really good. The first thing I did was try the blueberry compote. It was ridiculously sweet, I was quite happy that I had asked for it on the side. I was able to dip a portion of one of my fork prongs into this sweet gel and get all of the blueberry flavor I needed. As you can tell, I am not very big on unrealistically sweet foods; the pancakes were good and the blueberries in the pancakes were fresh. I don't know why people would want to slather them in the blueberry compote or any syrup for that matter. Not to say I don't like some syrup, but I will not douse the pancakes in the stuff. Most people appear to use a one-to-one ratio for syrup to pancake...whoa. I prefer maybe at most a one-to-twenty ratio of syrup to pancake. As I was eating my pancakes, I decided to try some of the omelet. I think the main ingredient in this ham and cheese omelet was not egg but cheese. The amount of cheese just overwhelmed me. I do tend to be somewhat picky about balance and figured I would keep my mouth shut while he enjoyed his meal. About two minutes later, he admitted that there was too much cheese for him. It was at that point that I knew that the omelet was out of balance. It was a shame since the egg was cooked rather well and didn't have any brown spots on it anywhere. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience and the service was very good. I can return to this IHOP. Beware though, they will not let you bring in outside drinks even if you get a second drink.

I forgot that this was the IHOP that a few years ago made me stop looking forward to going to IHOP ... Bad service, incorrect order, dirty plates (lettuce on my pancake plate?) I guess they stay open due to the name and location...

The exterior was rather unremarkable and the parking lot sub-par. The restaurant was pleasant and clean and served the typical I-HOP menu. Our server was an older gentleman who did a great serving job. Overall a good but not great experience.

I was craving some waffles. I saw the special advertised on tv. My buddy and I went on 8/15. We had the Ultimate Cream Waffle Combo and Cream Waffle. DELICIOUS. I hope you guys have this special for awhile. Our server Pierre was friendly and handling several tables at once. He was still attentive and calm.
